Does Auth0 have a customer service phone number? I have an urgent technical issue that requires attention and would like to know the best number to reach them.

As far as I can tell you are working with a trial tenant - Unfortunately we don’t offer a phone number for free subscriptions.
If you’re able to share some more context here, we’d be happy to help how we can. The more context and information you can share the better.
I made a tenant and assigned it to the wrong environment. Without reading the fine print, I deleted the tenant so that I could recreate it with the correct environment. I was wondering if it’d be possible to revert this error. It would look really bad for me if I’m unable to recover this tenant. Thank you so much for your help.
Hey there @shester I’m sorry to hear that - Unfortunately, there is no way to recover a deleted tenant You won’t be able to name a new tenant the same name either. For future reference, you can change the environment at support.auth0.com Home → Tenants:

We plan on going to the ESSENTIALS subscription. With this tier, would I be able to set a custom domain and get back to the same URL we would’ve had with the old tenant name?
Hmm… Your custom domain can be whatever you’d like (although you won’t be able to use a
.auth0.com) but any sort of default auth0 system URLs will contain the new tenant in the domain. I’m thinking
/authorize endpoint, Management API, etc.
