Custom text not reflecting on login form

Hi. I’m trying to customize the new universal login screen. I can successfully change colors, fonts, and borders, but the changes I make to the login form’s texts do not persist. I changed the language to pt-BR but when I try to log in the texts are still in English.

There is some way to publish these changes?

Please can I recommend double checking the information provided here - Universal Login Internationalization ,
The conditions here need to be met to change language from default.
