Custom field to be added in the login page

Hello,
I was trying to customize the login page to have three separate field. Namely- user name, email and password. I wanted to also add an additional info for retrieving the email field incase if the user has forgotten the email address. Additional that I would like to change the user name field to custom text. Please can you guide me on how to integrate this?

This is not currently possible with New Universal Login, and you can make a feature request in our Feedback category.

I don’t understand exactly what you mean. Can you please provide an example?
