So basically when you create an account, you receive the confirm email, which contains a link to activate your account. The link is being generated automatically and we don’t have any control on this process. When you click on that link we get a white page with an error in JSON printed [00]

After some research, I’ve found instances of this problem occurring when an email client will automatically click user’s links for them. Specifically, Office 365 has been known to have this behavior.
