Combining custom Universal Login screens with custom UI screens and other Universal Login configuration questions

I have a few questions about using Auth0 Universal Login:

  1. Combining custom Universal Login screens with custom UI screens
    Is it possible to combine a custom screen created with Universal Login with a custom UI screen created separately?
    If so, please provide the steps on how to do this.

  2. Adding additional input fields to Universal Login
    If combining custom screens is not possible, can I add additional input fields to the Universal Login screen beyond email address and password?
    If so, please provide the steps on how to do this.

  3. Choosing the appropriate application for Universal Login in mobile apps and web browsers
    My application includes “M2M,” “SPA,” and “Native” components. When using Universal Login for mobile apps and web browsers, which application should I configure?
    Additional Information:

I am using Auth0 for user authentication.
Please advise on the best approach for each of these questions.
