Problem statement
We ran into an error when using a self-managed custom domain from Cloudflare:
You’ve requested a page on a website (auth.example.com) that is on the Cloudflare network. An unknown error occurred while rendering the page.
Solution
If the Custom Domain is Auth0-managed, reach out to Auth0 support.
Otherwise, if it’s self-managed, reach out to Cloudflare via your account to ensure no blocks are applied.
