Changing page template doesn't work for reset-password

Continuing the discussion from Set template for universal login experience endpoint does not apply to Password Reset page:

I am experiencing weird issue. I am trying to add some custom HTML elements to page template for universal login pages. It works for most of them, but on reset-password and reset-password pages it doesn’t work. It looks like the page template is not uploaded at all. Text customization and color changes work without an issue on those pages, it’s just page template which doesn’t work.

Based on your description, you don’t have a custom domain enabled for the emails. You can check how to do it here → Configure Features to Use Custom Domains
