Did you customize your password reset page? This isn’t the default behavior, and I actually can’t reproduce it. Is it possible you are getting a prefill from a chrome extension or otherwise?

Yes we have customized the change password page but only very minimally via CSS to suit our logo. Nothing else, it’s stock template.
