Cdn.auth0.com not working in China

Does Auth0 guarantee the availability of their subdomains (APIs and CDNs) in China?

We recently had a major incident, when our hosted login page stopped working. The problem was in loading Auth0 lock script from cdn.auth0.com. It seems that in some Chinese regions, this domain is blocked.
FYI. we tested the availability using Test if Any Site is Blocked in China and Learn How to Access it

We deployed a hotfix in the form of a proxy in our CDN (Fastly) and modified the JS scripts to be loaded from through our proxy. However, we crave for a cleaner solution (a native availability guarantee from Auth0).
