Can't Manage Subscription

This is my first time reaching out like this.
I’m currently unable to manage the subscription for the vendorin tenant. The user that managed it be for is no longer with the company and I need to update the Credit card on file.

Please send us a DM to the @support with the tenant name and the email address that was associated with it as admin and the new one you need to be assigned.
