Billing contact email for tenant

The credit card we use for our tenant has expired, and the last charge to it failed. I received an email with a warning, but I’m the wrong person in our organization to deal with this. Our tenant has five admins, and only I seem to have received this notice. Am I special in some way? If so, can I transfer this special status to another admin, so future warnings like this go to them, and not me?
