Invited to client tenant, can't access

A client has added me to their account with the same email that I use for a personal development setup and its not showing their tenant. The email it sent me, the link just says ‘Your email address could not be verified.’

And since ya’ll put support behind a pay wall (client is paying) how the heck can I get access?
