Can't login, usign alt email, paid for essentails, alt email says it's a FREE plan

Hi, I’m travellign and when attempting to login using Google using my corp email, Auth0 wants a Recoevry Code (but I never setone up). I had an admin enable access to an alt email and now I’m in. HOWEVER, it says teh plan is FREE, even though I recently uprgaded to Essentials (I have receipt form Auth0). So I can;t get support and ioptiosn are limietd. Please help retsore my main email and please help us get access to the plan we paid for!
