Switched social providers and cannot access account


I’m so sorry if I’ve completely missed the right place to post this. Sorry about the wrong tags.

My company recently switched from google to microsoft for many of our needs, email being amongst them. I no longer have access to google and cannot login using google as I once did. Logging in with microsoft brings me to a free account setup page. I cannot access my company’s auth0 account and this will soon become a huge problem. I don’t see any support email links or addresses anywhere. Does anyone have any ideas?
