Cannot Transfer Ownership - Free Plan Limit Blocking Admin Addition

I’m trying to transfer ownership of my Auth0 tenant to someone else and remove myself, but I’m stuck due to the free plan’s 1 team member limitation.The Problem: I’m the only Team Owner on my tenant and apparently the Free plan allows only 1 team member (but online says it allows 3). At the moment I can’t add a new admin to transfer ownership to (getting “You have reached the limit for the allowed number of Team Members” error) and can’t remove myself first since I’m the owner
