Cannot login to my github account `santthosh` - MFA issues

Folks,

I have had 2 accounts with Auth0

  • santthosh using my github credentials to login
  • Another one using my email santthosh@gmail.com

My github MFA is broken and wouldn’t let me login, I have been billed for the last 5-6 months with absolutely no usage and I have been emailing sales@auth0.com and attempting to get a little help

Very frustrated with how Auth0 treats paying customers and for a login company didn’t even help me reset my password / MFA

Can some one please help?

Funny thing is sales@auth0.com doesn’t even acknowledge or provide automated email response at least. And if you need to create a support ticket I need to be logged in
