Cannot login to after trying to sing up with the same email

I have accidentally tried to sign up an account with the same e-mail which I already have created a profile with. I was not warned the user already exists. I’ve never finished the registration of the second account but now I cannot access my original profile but I’m navigated to the page where should choose my tenant domain. It seems like my original account has been vanished.

Since I’m using a password manager I’m pretty sure I haven’t mistaken anything concerning the credentials of my first account.

The user was using his social account once and before than email & password combination.
