Cannot access existing EU tenant after Google sign-in — lands on "create tenant" screen

Hi,

I’m unable to access an existing EU tenant from the Auth0 dashboard.

When I sign in to manage.auth0.com with Google, I land on the “create a tenant” screen with no tenants listed. However, the tenant clearly exists: attempting to create a new tenant with the same name returns “This tenant domain name is taken.” The tenant is also referenced in my application source code from earlier work, so I previously had access.

Tenant domain: devstack-rs.eu.auth0.com
Region: EU
Sign-in method: Google

What I have tried:

  • Signed in via Google on manage.auth0.com - no tenants shown.
  • Searched all my Gmail accounts (inbox, spam, trash) for any email from auth0 or okta Nothing found.
  • I’m on the free plan, so I can’t open a support ticket.

Could a staff member help verify ownership and restore access? I’m happy to share the Google email associated with the account privately via DM.

Thank you.

I see the same issue was reported 28 days ago and apparently fixed then - I can't log into my tenant?!
