I can't log into my tenant?!

I’ve just logged into my tenant with my normal credentials and I’m presented with a page displaying the following (as if I need to create an account):

Welcome to Auth0”

**Help us setup your first tenant and start authenticating.
**
Any idea why this would have happened? I’ve checked the Auth0 status page - there don’t seem to be any issues reported. **

Just experienced the same, signed up to log this issue, but checked before posting and the site (auth) is back up. I also got asked to create a tenant when logging in, but this also is resolved (at least for now). Hope it’s back working for you now.

Thanks for that. Yep, just checked and I can log in once again and our site is operational! Phew, that was a rather traumatic :slightly_smiling_face:

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, our Status page is currently still not showing any incidents, but please try accessing the Auth0 Login page once more to see if it’s now working for you, as @samellis462 mentioned the issue to have been resolved on their end.

Yep, it appears I can log in and access my tenant, thanks. Our website is operational once again :slight_smile:
