Can I test pro MFA without subscribing?

Hi, How can I test the pro MFA without subscribe? I need to know if it works fine with my app.

Is there a way?

Hi @cqconnect,

You should be able to create a new tenant with the starter trial subscription plan. This trial plan is automatically activated and will allow you to use paid features for up to 22 days, including MFA.

Sorry for the delay, I was waiting to see if someone else had a different experience. The problem is that the tenant is already created for a while now. As I going to a soc2 process I need to implement the MFA, meaning that I cannot create a fresh tenant. So, I need to enable MFA on a existing tenant to see if it we need to change the code in the app. But I cannot pay $150/month to test it. I cannot afford. I will pay for the prod tenant obviously, but I cannot afford 2 subscriptions.

Thank you for your reply.

If the tenant is older than 22 days old, you won’t be able to test paid features. To implement MFA with your current tenant, consider upgrading to at least a Professional subscription plan.

If you need to test MFA without a subscription, I suggest testing it in a new tenant and then buying a subscription when you’re ready to implement it with your existing tenant.
