Hi @lab12,

Welcome to the Auth0 Community!

While on the Free Trial period, you should be able to use all the paid features for 22 days, including Pro MFA and Enterprise MFA factors. Please see our Auth0 - Pricing page for the matrix of features for each plan.

After that, the Free plan gets activated automatically, and the tenant will continue to have access to the features included in the Free plan.
