Over the past couple weeks, we have encountered multiple long term instances where we are unable to properly reach the universal login screen. A blank white page will appear upon redirect to the universal login page. The login widget does not appear. This occurs across multiple browsers. We have not been able to isolate the reason for this. Simultaneously, when attempting to login directly to Auth0 to manage our tenant, the login page renders without html styling. After logging in and being redirected to the tenant management page, the blank white screen reappears.

I understand that you have encountered a blank white screen when reaching your Universal Login page.
From my experience, I have seen this happen when the custom login page HTML code has a syntax error.
Nonetheless, could you please capture a HAR file of the authentication flow and DM it to me to investigate further?
