This article provides details for customers with the Basic Success Plan Enterprise Subscription who need to change the Main Tenant , Tenant Association , or Auth0 Teams Provisioning .

NOTE: This is not the same as provisioning a contract or tenant.

For customers on the Basic Success Plan Enterprise subscription, Our Technical Account Management (TAM) team can assist with this request.

Email basic-ops@okta.com directly (not through the support ticket) with the name of the tenant and the reason for the request.
