We have recently upgraded our subscription from B2B-Essentations to an Enterprise agreement. However, the tenants still show as B2B-Essentials and are clearly linked to a credit card.
How can we get the tenants updated to the Enterprise subscription?
When a new Enterprise subscription is provisioned, only the “primary subscription tenant” is upgraded with Enterprise entitlements.
If you were a self-service customer, such as with a B2B Essentials subscription, and you would like to add existing tenants to your new Enterprise subscription, please reach out to your Technical Account Manager(TAM) with the list of tenants that you would like to use your Enterprise subscription.
