Auth0 not taking my OTP

Authenticator app shows a code

When code imputed into Auth0 it does not take it!

I have the recovery code and there’s no where to enter it. Extremely frustrating!

Then apparently I need to message support here in the community instead of Auth0 having a proper support inbox???

How will I even ensure I am talking to a proper support rep. anyways?

Please assist.
