have a paid account and not able to access the auth0 dashboard , getting authenticated and after having the face recognition or pin its failing with message “something went wrong” .really appreciate any help on this

We might need some more information regarding the error that you receive. When it appears, there may be a “Technical Details” section at the bottom that you can expand for further information. If this pops up, let us know if you’re given an error code or any other details ( please do not post any sensitive information such as email addresses). You can also DM me a video of the entire login flow so we can take a look at the behavior.
This being said, the issue could be caused by the MFA itself, are other users receiving this error message when trying to access the dashboard?

Please be aware that I am trying to access auth0 dashboard .Here are the step that I followed
Step 1: Was asked to provide username and password for the dashboard
Step 2 :After that I was asked to provide the biometric ( tried both FACE Id and PIN , tried other options like code from Authenticator, recovery code etc, nothing worked)
Then I was shown the below error
This started happening after i changed my phone and no other dashboard users are facing this.

Thank you for the details! It seems like in this case a MFA reset should help sort out the issue, especially since you have mentioned changing your phone, which can commonly cause this error.
