Using Actions and Flow, is it possible to implement a conditional flow as shown below
It is!! Auth0 action helps you customize the login flow. You would have to call an api to see if the user is internal; after which you can send the user to password reset flow. Else you can add claims to the id/ access token. Once the password reset flow has been completed you could add metadata info for the user to check if the internal user has completed password reset flow.
