Problem statement
Whenever tried logging into the Auth0 Dashboard and giving the right credentials the Admin user was redirected back to the logout page and then the login page causing frequent login failures.
Solution
After a recent update in February 2024, the Auth0 dashboard sessions are now bound to ASN. The asn_mismatch error can be caused by VPNs that often change gateway or router proxy configuration, possibly forcing an ASN change. Please ensure the ASN isn’t changed frequently when using VPN and other proxy servers.
