Allow to add links to logo and title on Universal Login Page

Right now the universal login page displays application logo and title in plain text. It will be great to able to add link to these elements.
Use-case: Tell us what you are building. How would the feedback/feature improve your experience?
Imagine a new user reaching a route requires authentication, then gets redirected to the login page. If the new user wants to go back to the site (like frontpage) and review the content before signing up, she has no easy way out. She would had to type or paste the link to open the website again or clicking on the back button twice (as once only take you to the route that requires log in thus infinite loop).
