Feature: Allow custom background colour or banner for each tenant, so that they can be more easily distinguished.
Description: Allow browser to display a custom banner at the top of Dashboard pages for a tenant, or to use a custom background colour for all Dashboard pages for the tenant. Allow this to be set in Tenant Settings.
Alternatively default background colour based on the Environment Tag of each tenant: green for Development, orange for Staging, Red for Production.
Use-case: This would reduce the risk of inadvertent changes to a Production tenant when using the Dashboard.
