I’m an admin of all apps. I “invited an admin” to an app. They accept the invite. When they login, they don’t have admin permissions in that app. Why?

Lucas, thanks for your response. I deleted and re-added him, having changed nothing. It now works! I have no idea. So I guess turning it on and off again worked. Cheers.
