Add Search Functionality in the Applications Tab

We need a basic search bar in the Applications tab of the Auth0 Dashboard.
Our tenant contains more than 1,000 applications, and locating a specific application via the UI requires manually navigating through many pages. This becomes extremely time‑consuming and error‑prone.

It is surprising that the Applications tab—one of the most critical areas of the dashboard—does not support a simple search function.

Current Pain Point

  • The Auth0 Dashboard paginates the list of applications with no search or filter option.

  • To find a single application, we must:

    • Navigate page by page,

    • Scan through dozens of entries,

    • Repeat until we locate the correct app.

  • This drastically slows down:

    • Application support,

    • Configuration updates,

    • Incident response,

    • Emergency changes,

    • Troubleshooting.

For large enterprises with hundreds or thousands of applications, this is not operationally scalable.

Thanks for submitting this feature card!

As far as I have investigated regarding the matter, this feature is currently on our roadmap but it’s not expected to be deployed in the near future.

I will try to provide an update with an exact ETA in the future, otherwise, I would recommend to keep track of our Roadmap announcements whenever possible.
