Activity page does not immediately display the most recent events

Problem statement

When I look at the logs for the tenant, I can see all of our recent and current user activities. However, when I view the Activity page (About the Activity Page) on the tenant, I don’t see any recent activities.

For example, the user count increases throughout the day, but I don’t see any trend data on the Activity page.

Is there a delay in data on the activity/insights page?

Solution

it may take 24-48 hours before all the data becomes available for display. That’s why you are not seeing all the activities.

If you don’t see activities for more than 48 hours, please open a support ticket.
