Action required: Multifactor Authentication (MFA) for Auth0 by Okta Administrators

I’ve requested an MFA reset through private messaging but haven’t received a response. I can’t login to the dashboard. Is it possible to get this resolved?

I haven’t heard back in some time on this request, I’m not getting responses to dms, and I can’t log into my Auth0 account. Can anyone help me with this?
