In the dashboard, I noticed all time users is always 1000 the past a few weeks.
Are there any limits on the maximum number of all time users?

To my knowledge there’s no maximum value for all time users; it’s just a statistic. For actual limits see the pricing (Pricing - Auth0) page. I also remember some issues with statistics not updating earlier this month for some accounts, but that should already had been addressed. Is that the only statistic that you noticed not updating? Does logins and new signups have up to date data?

Logins (last 7days) and new signups (last 7 days) had up to date data when I created this issue.
Now, users (all time) is 1249.
I think the phenomenon that I reported is just a statistic.
