Support Tickets not shown on paid account?

I have paid for a subscription, the support tickets did not appear for days and now they are no longer available?

I have tried logging out and logging in?

I really need impersonation switched on, you have had a ticket open for days, almost a week? would someone please sort this out?

In relation to the impersonation request, although in your particular case this was already addressed, as general information to others, these in general take up to one week, but there are some cases where it can take a bit longer.

For the support tickets situation, if you have more than one account and only a subset of those have a paid subscription then ensure that you select the paid subscription one when trying to create tickets through support center. By default, if you open support center from the Dashboard it will use the subscription the associated with the account you currently have selected.
