"You don't have a role authorized to add integration on this tenant"

I was given admin for this tenant, so unsure why I am getting this message when trying to integrate with Freshdesk. Any help appreciated. I received the admin role about an hour ago, so maybe takes a second to receive full perms?

That sounds a bit long to me - Are you still experiencing an issue here? If so, please feel free to DM me the tenant name and email you are expecting to be admin so I can take a look to confirm.
