I seem to have admin rights but I can't access that tenant

Hello Auth0 team!

My company should have 3 tenants, “dev”, “stg” and “prd”,
I have access to only two tenants, “dev” and “stg”.

I have been granted administrator privileges for the “prd” tenant, but the “prd” tenant does not appear in the tenant list.
Can you please help me to solve this problem?

I reviewed the list of members in this third “prod” tenant and your email address is not there.

Could you please contact one of this third tenant admins to double check this? Please share with them your email that you’re using here in the community.

Thanks for your prompt review and feedback.

As you indicated, I will contact one of the “prod” tenant managers and double check to see if my email address is included in the list.

I will then share this email address I am using with the community that is involved with “prod” and try to resolve the issue.
