I’m reaching out to you about the availability of Okta services in Syria. Considering the recent decisions by the U.S. and the EU to lift certain sanctions on Syria, I’m wondering why the service remains inaccessible in the country.
Could you please help me understand whether Okta plans to make its services available in Syria, and if so, when that might be expected?

It can be expected that a formal response will be provided from Auth0 on this matter, but at this moment, I believe the information from this Knowledge Article still stands in terms of requesting an exemption for customers that are legally permitted and subscribed to the Auth0 Platform.
We currently do not have an official answer to this, nor an ETA of when such a statement can be expected. We acknowledge that this can be cumbersome and appreciate the patience and understanding!
