Why is "Use Auth0 instead of the IdP to do Single Sign On" disabled o

Hi, I have two legacy tenant(staging and production). I have created a new application(Single Page Application) in both of the tenant. I am able to toggle on “Use Auth0 instead of the IdP to do Single Sign On” setting for the application created in Staging tenant whereas the switch is by default OFF and DISABLED for the Production Tenant i.e. I cannot turn in ON now. Can you let me know how I can turn this setting ON? Thanks

Could you please DM me the name of your production and staging tenants?

According to this topic, this option is not available for newer tenants. I could not find it under my tenants too.
