Where is " Use Auth0 instead of the IdP to do Single Sign-on" Switch?

I am working through the SSO quickstart and the instructions say to turn “Use Auth0 instead of the IdP to do Single Sign-on” On. I cannot find this switch. Where is it?

Hi,

Newer tenants use Seamless SSO at the tenant level and therefore you will not see the “use Auth0 instead of the IDP” setting in the applications section of the dashboard.

SSO is already enabled so you can skip that part of the doc.
If you share which documentation you are following I will reach out to our docs team to get it updated.

I have a very short deadline and it is very confusing because a significant part of the dashboard interface has changed and does not match up at all with the pdf document.
