When trying to create a SAML connection, I keep getting 409 (conflict)

I had deleted an ADFS connection, and now trying to create a SAML connection with same name.
I keep getting error “A connection with the same name is being deleted, try again later”
I’m not sure how long it takes for that name to be reusable.
