This article clarifies when the mfa-enroll-result screen appears.
Solution
The mfa-enroll-result screen appears after successfully enrolling an authenticator only as part of the standalone MFA enrollment, i.e., that during which a user visits an enrollment ticket link (such as that generated by the /api/v2/guardian/post-ticket endpoint). It does not appear when enrolling an authenticator as part of the login process.
