We moved from Google to another email provider and I lost the way to authenticate to the Auth0 account

The Auth0 account was created using Google Third Party Authentication, but we switched from Google to another email provider. Now I have access to the account’s email, but I’m not receiving the recovery emails. I assume it’s because the account wasn’t created with a username/password, but now I have no way to authenticate with Auth0, and it’s a productive account with users and all the settings set up.

I would like help recovering my account. I have access to the email and any information required to validate my identity.
