We cannot access the tenant after receiving an invite

Problem statement

I tried to add my team members to start their initial work on Auth0, and one cannot use the invite and log into Auth0. The user already had an account under the same email and another tenant. I sent them an invite to our tenant, which they accepted, but can’t see the tenant in the selection.

Solution

First, please have the user check that the tenant is unavailable when clicking on the Switch tenants option. If they have many tenants, you may need to scroll down to see them.

If the tenant is still unavailable, could you please clarify if you see the new member under the list of tenant members? In any case, if the tenant is unavailable to them after accepting an invite, we recommend that you resend a new invite. Doing so will hopefully grant the tenant member access.
