in auth0 when a admin create a user it send a verification email . but i want the verification mail consist user reset password. Im not using any server side programing .

Unfortunately, the verification email will only consist of a verification link (or code) that the user must follow through to verify their email address.
However, based on your use-case, it sounds to me like you are looking to Send Email Invitations for Application Signup.
This repurposes a password reset email as a email invitation. Doing so will allow you to create the user on their behalf and allow them to set their password.
