Hi, I did this steps User Migration in Login by Auth0 WordPress Plugin and the wordpress DB is correctly connected, BUT my users are not migrating to the Auth0 Database.
Just to report: I have recently seen an uptick in users not migrating via plugin on my site as well - This began about the same time as your post.
