Users forgetting they signed up via LinkedIn

We’ve encountered an issue where a significant number (10%+) of our users forget they signed up via LinkedIn.

The problem occurs when users attempt to log in with an email and a non-existent password, followed by unsuccessful password reset attempts for an email/password account they don’t actually have.

Are there are any best practices or Auth0-specific methods to tackle this problem?

Maybe there is a way to indicate to users that they might want to try a LinkedIn login method upon failure?

Due to the numbers we’re guess we’re not the only ones with this problem :slightly_smiling_face:
