Since this has been working fine until today, it might be related to the size of the export file. Do you see the same error if adding the limit in the body script? And how big is the .gz file?

When unzipping the file, we recommend using the terminal command.
gunzip tenant.cs.gz
And can you open the export file created by the user import/export extension without error?
