Use branding from Universal Login in Forms

Hi there!

Would it be possible in the new ‘Forms’ functionality to use the same consistent branding as defined in the Universal Login?
Right now the user forms in the steps look different, because our logo is not showing in these forms and there is also no possibility to manually add an image to the step form.

The same applies for the ‘header alignment’, this is not taken from our Universal Login settings and is also not adjustable in the step itself.

Thanks in advance!

@auth_support Could you have a look at this? (assuming this is the auth0 support account) Or maybe @rueben.tiow ? I see you have replied to other topics before
Thanks in advance!

Hi @bo.korrel,

You’ve created this topic as a feedback request. Could you clarify if you’re seeking help with this topic or providing feedback on branding in Forms?

Cheers,

Hi @rueben.tiow, thanks for reaching out!
Maybe I put the wrong topic tag to this ticket, I indeed need help.
I assumed that this is a bug or something that is not yet implemented, but it would be great if there is already a way to activate the use of the Universal Branding for all ‘Forms’ pages. Could you help me out?

Thanks in advance!
Best Bo

Hi @bo.korrel,

Thanks for your reply.

I have looked into this and found that Forms will soon support customizations to the branding.

This is mentioned in our Frequently Asked Questions on Forms for Actions knowledge article.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks,
Rueben

Hi @rueben.tiow ,

Thanks for looking into it!
I do see they have now added an image component to the forms indeed!

That fixes my logo issue  Although it would be more consistent if the logo would just be added to each form automatically from the Universal Branding, without the need to add the logo url again. Do you know if this is something that is planned as well?

I now also found the option to change my header alignment, not sure if it was added recently or that I just did not see it.

Thanks
Best regards,
Bo

Hi @bo.korrel,

Thanks for the reply.

As of now, the logo option for Forms will be separate from the logo in your Universal Login branding settings to provide flexibility on different branding purposes.

For example, you might have multiple applications and might need different branding requirements.

Thanks,
Rueben
